Using python (found and modified from github), a webcam, and cd/dvd grating, i was able to build a light spectrometer that seperates light into colour graphs.

Divine Spiral
October 2023.
A test in Unreal Engine, Niagara swarms, and modelling in Mudbox. Here I created and played around with building an ant model in Mudbox. I was inspired by the phenomena of ant mills, where the head ant's will lose there way and eventually start following the back of the pack, following in circles until the colony dies of exhaustion. In the Divine Comedy, Dante ends up losing his guide Virgil in Purgatorio. The main take away that I got from the Divine Comedy was that blind devotion and abandoning your free will will result in one paying the price- much like these ants.“Abandon all hope, ye who enter“
