Big Brother takes found footage and screen recorded footage of live seismic data to explore whether live scientific data sites act as surveillance or simply monitoring, and the differences between those. The work takes inspiration from George Orwell’s 1984. The audio is a spoken segment of the novel combined with seismic data waves turned into audio.
